In his career, Indradeb has worked with multinational organizations and clients across the US, Australia, Singapore, China, and India. His work spans industries including banking and finance, transportation and logistics, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education technology, VLSI manufacturing, and even gaming. He has also consulted for multiple government bodies and multilateral institutions such as the World Bank.

His core expertise lies in software and systems engineering, product development, quality assurance, and process maturity. He is well-versed in frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, ISMS, Six Sigma DFSS (Master Black Belt), MBNQA, and US FDA software compliance. Indradeb has successfully managed product lifecycle development for web and mobile platforms as well as IC CAD systems.
